It generally works, location is not accurate. At first I would say 4 or 5 stars but! Biggest problem was a stored card asking me for authentication. Wasn't saying what to put in there. Tried CCV, expiry date and last 4 card numbers. No joy. I get the impression it's asking me for finger print when I do not use this method. In the app fingerprint authentication is turned on, but when disabled it does not tell you what to put in. It seems to work if you scan and use the card afresh each time.
This app is terrible. It said payment hadn't gone through (twice), but it did actually charge my card the money (twice). I hadn't realised this, and by the time I realised, I had made a third payment to complete the original order. Don't know at this point whether I'll get the money back, but either way I could have done without the hassle. AVOID.
It's a scam, don't use the app. If the waiting staff can't take your order in person then walk away. Their ordering system is terrible, it took 3 attempts to get the order through. However, it charged on all 3 attempts and there's no way to get a refund for the first 2 attempts. They don't email you a receipt and they don't show previous orders. Also, there's no contact details anywhere. Absolutely disgusting...
