Horrible. Money went out of my account and order was placed. The following day, I get a refund notice and my order was cancelled. Now I am out of pocket and have to wait 5 days for a refund. 3) issues: 1) What kind of outdated inventory system do they use that humans picked up the issue. 2) Why did I have to go out of my way to find out why this happened, no apologies were given until I asked for an explanation. 3) Their customer care line is inoperable - lines kept cutting when I call.
I ordered a converse shoe not too long which arrived dirty and off-colour. When i sent it back i got an email from the superbalist warehouse claiming that it is not in saleable condition and will be returned to me. I have never used the shoe as i put it back in it's packaging once I saw its condition. I should be refunded or the product should be replaced.
