Ordering is easy and follows the paper menu well, easy to navigate. Payment card scan is a nice touch. 2 bugs which need addressing straight away. 1 - kids meals have an optional fruit shoot which you are forced to buy, not cool. 2 - Scampi and chips has optional side which you are forced to buy, not cool. Would have given this 4 stars but given the way in which it forces you to buy stuff is so wrong and most probably breaking some part of consumer protection rules.
Can be a bit temperamental. Also, this app used to be much more user friendly, giving you more options to remove sauces from meals or ice from drinks. Now I have to go to the bar each time.. whilst the bar staff work very hard and are all lovely they are all very busy. Would be much easier if you restored the prior functionality to amend orders.
For the 2nd year running this app will not accept my debit card payments resulting in us not being able to order food in advance at the patio or while in the club. Nothing wrong with my card as I have made payments online and in several shops / attractions. You need to make it possible for people to order and pay at the counter in the club. Ridiculous system...
