As much as i would like to give the App 5 stars i can't, don't get me wrong the servicei got is pretty good. But out of all the number of stores offered on the App I'm only allowed to shop at only one of them i can't even buy bread. I live in Vosloorus which is around the the Boksburg area with multiple stores to buy from yet I'm being deprived because of where i live. I can't even compare prices because I'm stuck with Makro as my only option for purchasing
Poor app and service. On two occasions, the app showed stock of items in different stores. On both occasions, my orders are simply not delivered. To make things worse, I had to spend nearly an hour on the phone (mostly on hold) to be told they don't know why I didn't get my orders, so they will refund me. The app is unreliable, and the customer service experience is frustrating. At least the customer service consultants were friendly. Two orders on twoseparatee dates, zero items received.
Ever since the app has been upgraded to a new version, it has a lot of bugs, it lags. Shopping on the app is frustrating coz it's incredibly slow and that's if you're lucky enough to shop before it literally logs you out. As someone who has been using the app with no issues until the upgrades I'm disappointed.
