Instead, I was delivered 400ml bottles and when I raised the issue with customer service, I provided clear evidence through photos and videos. To my dismay, they rejected my return request, claiming the product was as advertised. However, upon investigating further, I found that Maate doesn’t even manufacture 500ml packs. This blatant disregard for customer satisfaction raises serious concerns about Nykaa's integrity. They seem more focused on profit than actually delivering quality service or products to their customers. Feeling cheated, I realized that Nykaa operates more like a fraudulent entity than a trustworthy beauty retailer.
To compound the situation, the delivery experience was equally primitive. I had ordered a lipstick, and when the delivery personnel called, he demanded my OTP, claiming it was necessary for delivery. When I refused to share this information, he took it personally and outright refused to complete the delivery. Since that incident, I've faced a series of rejected delivery messages, and despite reaching out to Nykaa, their customer support has remained alarmingly indifferent. They offered me nothing but generic responses, leaving me in the dark about when or if I would ever receive my order. My time has been wasted because of their operational inefficiencies, and as someone who often travels, this experience has solidified my decision to never return to Nykaa.
