Waste of time, the codes on there are invalid, and the app slow. The app needs more work and people checking on the codes advertised,
Didn't honour advertised reward. I carefully followed all the terms and conditions for one of their offers that was supposed to result in a gift card, but they rejected my proof claiming it was an "ineligible purchase". They didn't provide any further explanation because the purchase most certainly was eligible under all of the terms and conditions stated. Waste of time.
Imagine you're about to pay in a shop, and tap to display your voucher, only to find the app has logged you out (again). As if typing in your email and password isn't fiddly enough while holding up a queue, once you do that "we've sent a link to your email address, click that to log in". It's 10 minutes later, I've long since abandoned the purchase, and still no sign of the email. Do people consider UX when implementing all of these hurdles?
