Didn't know a shopping app can be that bad. Confusing menu, categories are disappearing so you have to search "dress", that is if you can find the search icon. No useful filters at all, sometimes you have the same article several times, but still not all items of the same category. Instead of sliding through pics you accidentally open solo jpgs, and from there you can only go back 2 steps, look for the article and open it again. Browsing and searching is not only impossible, it is frustrating.
It's the exact same thing as the web page. I personally download apps to speed things up and uncomplicate myself, i don't get that from this app. It's not user/buyer friendly at all. Sometimes I've restrained myself from shopping because it's really frustrating to use it, I get tired and just close it. It's so bad that the app itself asks you to download the app! As if you were not in the application already! . Basically you download the web page. It's astonishingly bad. Bad bad bad.
So this is basically an app for the customer card with integrated access to the website of a shop. In order to save and to buy products you need to login one more time. Why to bother making an app if all those actions can be done via website? Sure, it is convenient to have an access to the card IN THE STORE. But it doesn't do much for the customers at home. Especially when the stores are closed due to lockdown restrictions.
