This game pushes the publisher's step counter app at the player as often as it can. I really don't understand why this game couldn't have the step counter feature built in, especially since their step counter app is its own game. Optional ads for rewards, but progress is slow without their step counter app. Two separate premium currencies too.
Great graphics! It has merging but not as annoying. I love all the plants I've got so far! It does have ads and stuff to buy with real money, but so far, I've been able to keep going without paying a lot of money or being so annoyed that I uninstall the game. It's not boring. I like that I can stop and put the phone down at any time.
Started playing this again after a few years away. I've realized why I stopped playing before. I can't progress levels quickly enough to keep spending time filling orders, and I don't know what the point of the cards from quests are. I have forgotten some of the finer points of the app, I'll admit, but it's such a grind I don't think I'll keep trying to progress. It's really cute and pleasant until you get stuck waiting for days to unlock one plant (I need several more to unlock a new level).
