The app has major issues. In spite of selecting my location on the map for delivery, the app automatically shows another location. After placing an order a day in advance and being charged for it, they never update you that they have conveniently cancelled your order. You get to know about it only if you message them since your items are not delivered even after the selected time slot. PLEASE DO NOT SPEND YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS. IT'S A COMPLETE WASTE.
You can't even leave a note for a particular product in the app. They disabled live chat. They frequently substitute items without customers consent. They didn't want to refund us for missing items after days of messaging, eventually we managed to make them refund us half the cost! Expect to lose time and money with them. 2 stars for fairness.
