Order tracking is very worse. In app it shows some status, sms it shows different one. And u cannot even opt in for status updates from order tracking it puts the number in US format (3 digit code) then number. And the tracking number is useless, no DE number nor the last mile status. When SMS shows delivered, app shows still on the way. And delivery, god only knows whom it was delivered to whether security or neighbour or if they didn't even come, not sure. Worst app ever I have seen.. Just fake... Received a coupon of free membership of 49 rs convenience fee but when applied payment took too long that it ran out of time. The same coupon could not be obtained for next time and I took coupon code from my friend and applied, this time the app crashed and closed completely while payment. All fake just for publicity, not for public.
I saw an ad of lenskart, so I got interested to check out the frames but after I installed the app, it was taking too much time to load before I could click the selfie to determine the size of the frame. I thought ok,maybe there's some problem, so I deleted the app and re-installed it, but this time too, I had to face the same problem, like literally for 5-10 mins the screen was just buffering and showing "loading". Let me tell you, it creates a very bad impression on a potential customer.
Lenskart or their stores have decided that they do not care for people vision only make money. You sell me a progressive pense saying it is better than others now I see my whole dancing except direct vision all the time. I am not able to drive properly, unable to walk properly. Every single second it is like the floor or side vision is tilting. With your eyetesting & glass subscription it is going too worst. Titan eyeplus service is better than yours
App experience is so bad. Have been trying to load contact lens product page but it just keeps on loading for 5-10 mins. I could never reach the final product page. How am I supposed to buy anything from your app when the final product doesn't even load? Pathetic. Such basic user journeys are broken.
