it is unbelievably easy to use this app. even with a strong visual impairment, I still managed to navigate it quite well. with the ability to save locations and orders, you can place an order within seconds of opening the app, or a minute or two if you need to make changes. I still find it kind of funny as nervous as I was attempting to use it, the person who recommended I get the app is completely blind herself.
The app itself functions alright, sometimes it bugs and I have to redo my order again. My complaints are to the company itself- the food and drinks are getting too expensive without the quality to justify it. The coupons have been disappointing compared to how they were last year. I'd rather spend the extra find getting coffee somewhere else or get none at all.
Previously the app was great until the major change of the new rewards program. It's clunky and you get far less rewards for what you're spending. App is glitchy and displays promotions that are not actually available sometimes resulting in me spending more money. I contacted customer service about my issue and they did nothing about it and didn't care. Since the new rewards rolled out the app, the company, and the customer service has really gone downhill.
