A really dumb app. After logging in with your mobile number and pin code I wanted to place an order online. Then I needed to enter in your email and password. The app rejects my email address and states that it is incorrect yet it is listed on my personal details that is saved on the app. Couldn't place the order. Way too much effort just to order doughnuts. I will be deleting the app.
Absolutely useless app. Nothing more than advertising and silly propaganda. When I tried to order online, it wouldn't let me past the welcome page. It keeps asking me to change my passwords and username. It would be quicker to go to the store, order there, and give my name (even though I'm the only customer) and then stand in line like a naughty schoolboy before I get summoned to pay, than use this pointless app. Sadly, I have to give it a one star rating to allow the review.
have tried ordering via the app and online and each time after choosing my province I am sent to a page telling me about my account dashboard. And yes, there is a Krispy Kreme near me. It's just that the app can't facilitate online ordering and neither can the website. Really counterintuitive UX.
