Sold game. Needs more conquest maps. With conquest takings 100+ rounds on average, you need patience for conquest mode. Especially with 1☆ and some 2☆ nations. Otherwise a good game. Campaign is good, but would like for increase amount of draws being able to be made and not so few every once in a while. Progression in the game is good if you have knowledge from previous games that you can use in this one. Would like the 2 attacks being available like in European Medieval 7. 👍
Lowered from 4 stars to 2 because of the diplomacy system. It's a great idea, but they've made it functionally useless. Nations are supposed to have personalities, and a "preserve clan" guys are supposed to become vassal states much easier than others. It's for show. The nation stayed at 30-40 percent, and when I started to become strong enough (going from rank 2 nation strength to rank 3, vs their rank 1), they became vassal to another nation next turn. It's a hamster wheel. Deleted it.
Hardly anything new, the music is still the same and not in line with the theme of the game, the mechanics still the old ones. Even worse, there's lots of inaccuracy in the details. The importance of building castles, roads, marriages and many other important factors of the area is overlooked in conquest mode. Overall the game mechanics, diplomacy system, and the graphics, are hardly anything more than a remaking of European war7 combined with some features of other easytech games Disappointing!
