Easily a AAA title within the mobile market. BUT. The writing desperately needs help. The translations make the story a convoluted mish-mash (to the point that it's unintelligible), there are a ton of typos, and the explanations of mechanics are sometimes vague enough in English to not be clear as to what they do. The mechanics here are phenomenal (not unique, but still great), the art is amazing, and the voice acting is extremely professional. The writing NEEDS to match. SO close to perfect.
The mechanics are pretty cool. Work to build a deck to take out baddies and continue the story. Overall fun and engaging but very repetitive. There are additional game modes that you can purchase but it only gives you a quarter of the game because you have to purchase additional decks to use in the game. Pretty much every aspect of the app is locked behind micro transactions that are very expensive and makes the total cost of this app way more than an A title release.
Sensational game. Excellent replayability. Great art and sound, and lots of ways to craft a deck, with tons a variability between classes. I'd go 5 stars, but the game periodically hangs and requires a restart. [Fixed!] New aays tonplay. Yes!! I live it. Price tag is a bit high for full unlock, but pennies per hour in the long. This game is amazing.
I am wondering if there is a way to see the status details. I get 100% dodge chance and still get hit?? I am confused. Either way. This game is a major win and perfect for mobile gaming. No energy system, no downtime in waiting for things to refresh. Worth the free play and definitely worth the dlc. 100% recommend to everyone. (But yes, I am curious about stat details, diminishing return, etc.)
It's one of the best mobile card games out there. The only reason it has four stars instead of five is bugs. For instance I lost the stuff I spent money on and can't even make a new account because of some weird login bug. Anytime I try to login, Google play successfully logins but then the game says there was an error. Sucks too because I lost some stuff I spent money on and I can't buy anything new. Been like this on multiple devices for a long time now.
