App works well on its own, haven't had issues with that. The main issues I have are with the points, and the vouchers. Once you collect enough points to get 5$ off, the app automatically spends the points for you. Then you are stuck with a voucher that you have to use in 14 days or it expires. Easy uninstall on this app. Pretty much useless.
Only good for points collection! It would be great if you could actually place and pay for an order for pick up through the app. Also you now have to spend more to get less! Way to rip off loyal customers Cobs!!! If you load your points for a voucher make sure you use it within 14 days or it will be gone. Points however do not have an expiry unless you don't use your account within a year - expiry is only once you turn your points into a voucher. Very likely I'll end up deleting the app.
Ridiculous. To enter birthday on Android platform, I had to go backwards, month by month from today. NO,... TAPPING THE YEAR DID NOT GIVE A SCROLLER! I'm 73. Can you even calculate how many months I had to flip past? Start again if you make a mistake. Certainly hope the rewards are worth the frustration. You are much better at baking than IT! And on the third optional question below the answer buttons are 3/4 hidden under the screen- I had a difficult time indicating my answer. WOW.
