This is maybe the worst app I've ever seen used by a large business. I would call it laughably bad, but it gets old really fast. It's almost non-functional. 90's fan made geocities' websites had better mapping, navigation, layout. In my opinion, the worst of it is the search function. Everytime I search for something with filters, as soon as I click an item - just to see what it is, usually - I can't go back to my search results. You must reenter them every single time after clicking any item.
It's so slow, it won't even let me look at the earrings without saying "Invalid link". Also just add a little heart button to add to wish list it'll make it so much easier then having to click on the item, put it in your wish list, then sending you to your wish list only for you to have to click on the item list you want and having to go all the way back. It is so bad i want to give you a zero but that's not possible so I give you a one.
Awful app. When looking for something i always sort low to high then i click on an item i want to know more about, when clicking back on my phone it exits the app completely doesn't go back a page. Then finally going back by clicking on the top bit in the section i was looking at it mixes up the search again no longer low to high and also goes from p3 back to p1. Which is extremely irritating. I'd rather use the website as it's easier to use. Please sort your app out with all the bugs and issues
I would give this zero stars. This app doesn't work. I verify my email and it takes me to the app and says that theres an error. I'm always at Claire's and thought to get the app but it honestly doesn't work. I've uninstalled it and downloaded it again many times and the same thing keeps happening. It's pretty annoying. I thought it would work the second time but it didn't. Claire's is amazing but the app isn't.
One of the worst apps ever. Type in shirts it pulls up hair ties. Type in socks it pulls up cups and other stuff. I mean really , your basic search function sucks. Pulling up everything but the items you ask for. I know you sell throws and blankets but good luck finding them on your app! You just lost a lot of money over a simple programing issue you've been aware of for years. Pretty sad.
