Their audio subscription is terrible. All of the feeds are EXTREMELY low volume. Despite numerous attempts to get help they have not helped, tried for two years now. They always say it's on my end, even though out of all my apps they are the only ones whose audio is messed up. They keep the volume low, I think they do it to try and make people buy the TV pass. I have bad vision. I prefer audio.
Not only do they don't give a F about anyone that's older than 30, the developers hasn't made it easier for you to submit your birthday using a beginning Android format, the app has glitches so you won't be able to submit a bracket even if you place your age at 30 (because your finger will be hurting from tapping to get to your actual age). And even if you leave "200" as the combined total points for game 1 of the Finals, you won't be able to enter. I have seen no improvements on this app.
Absolutely terrible. Screen freezes and then unfreezes and you miss a play. Quality rate buffers often. When you contact support they constantly ask for more and more info (ip address, tv model, service provider...) and even after all that nothing helps. Seems like the app is built poorly(?) and they haven't received the message from the plethora of similar complaints. Do better NBA.
