Nice idea, started off wobbly IN the restaurant, but after a couple of goes, it seemed OK and got lots of points. However, I tried to order a delivery and used some points with a 'special deal' and although it looked like it was going through OK but the total was saying £40 odd! It should have been around £13, that's a big difference. Again no where to report the problem except here.
Been using apps for a while now - great idea. BUT... After visiting many BK branches, there isn't one where I've not come across a problem. Either the electronic kiosks aren't working, the app won't engage, or it'll scan/accept my loyalty code, process my order and then not allow me to pay and come up with an error message. The points scheme is poor too - 1 point per 10p spent. I thought after some time away from BK I'd be able to enjoy a newly refurbished store and use the app. I was wrong.
This app has a poor method to select delivery address, especially if you are in an apartment. I've had a delivery go to a wrong address because the format of the address in the app does not make sense. There is no manual way to enter an address and the app makes a guess based on street name, not post code. UPDATE: despite contacting them on 3 attempts, the delivery was still delivered to the wrong address. Can't even use the Contact Us function to request a refund
