This app has one of the most terrible user interface out of all shopping apps. There is no ease of use.. the list format for viewing products is really annoying and dont even start me on the way it keeps lagging. Flipkart has far better ease of use than this app. Also, all the features feel forcibly cramped up into a total mess of an app. Change the interface its high time. Y'all are still in 2019 with this app for godsake.
I've been an Amazon app user for a long time and it's usually good. But I recently faced problem with upi pay. I have debited Rs 2300 from the bank. And it shows fail in transaction. Called 3 to 4 times but no difference. Amazon used to be good. The quality of customer service has really gone down, which used to be the best. You have to go through several clicks to talk to them, they don't want you to contact them. Very bad experience.
