Not a good app. Very complicated. Tried to register for payment, it charged my credit card 1 nis to verify me? but then did not register the card. So i trued it again, and same thing. While it's competitors like wolt and mishloha are very easy to navigate, register and pay, Yango Deli is extremly messy, buggy and overall a bad app. Uninstalled imidietly.
This was a great app when I first used it. In recent times there have been several issue and most recently a complete missing order. When I contacted support they basically said it was my word against shop/courier. After a long exchange/wait I was refunded the money. I thought that was just a rare bad experience so was surprised that when I ordered I had once again the missing item issue. I contacted support and again had the same response. Basically being called a liar. No refund. Deleted app.
The choice of food on the app is unmatched (Italian here). I wish that the hot food section could expand in non classic british pasties. Not because I do ot like them, but a pastie full of spinach/feta, tomato/cheese or something with most veggies in it could be healthier and great. The pasty can even be dryer. Sorry.
