Generally everything works and I no big complaints. Just one bug that I'd categorize as inconvenience - for the past couple of months it hasn't been possible to upload multiple images at once, if I select e.g. 3 images, it just uploads one of them 3 times 🥲 Quite annoying to again do the 5 clicks to find the correct album and place where the other images are, especially if there are more than two.
Platform for theft I sold my sister's phone on this app, only to learn that the customer needs to confirm 'received' order on the app before your payment is released to you. Client received their order. Hasn't clicked 'order received' and now I'm stuck. I tried to ask the client to return the item as 'they're not happy with it', however the client has now gone radio silent. And still has my product. Yaga, so far, has been no help in resolving the issue. I'm now moving on to legal action.
Great concept, but VERY glitchy app. Most listings don't open properly on the first time. You have to close and reopen the listing every time. That is extremely frustrating. Several other smaller glitches and bugs as well that don't seem to get fixed with updates. Where are the devs?!
I love this app and already bought and sold a few items through it. Safe and convenient. However, I do experience the same problems as mentioned by others. My biggest frustration though is to ask potential clients to resend their messages because the first part of their messages are covered by the "Redirecting payments outside ...." notification. Will really appreciate if this can be fixed. Thank you, support team, for your always friendly and professional assistance!
I love Yaga! It's easy to use, practical, and most important, safe and secure. You don't need to deal with sharing your bank info every time you are trying to sell an item or deal with some stranger and arrange pick up and drop offs like one does on Market place.
