Truebill Coupon Reviews

Using only because we need "something" to help with our budget... Pros: it has found subscriptions we thought we had canceled a long time ago. Cons: The account get unlinked ALL THE TIME, it doubled down ALL THE ENTRIES since 2022 until March of this year. It refuses to sync to one of my credit cards no matter how many times I sync it (don't want to unlink it because I've spent days categorizing and organizing it). Conclusion: Will switch once I find something more stable and less problematic...

As former Mint user, I had a free month of Premium. None of the functions warranted keeping it. Linking with Plaid limits which of my accounts are linked. A big annoyance is that on demand updates would cost me a minimum of $4 premium. With my bills & paychecks varying, the predictions about my income & expenses are always incorrect. Also, I don't like that the app only subtracts credit card balances from checking instead of factoring in my total cash balance. 3 stars max.

I asked them to cancel a bill. I got the message saying they were able to cancel it and the next month I still got charged for the bill. I had to go and cancel it myself as it was never actually canceled. The app keeps saying it can lower my bills, but I keep getting a "something went wrong" error for my spectrum. Customer support didn't help me at all. I tried uploading the actual bill and never heard anything about it again. It just doesn't work.
