Well a few problems occured, most annoying would be the black screen, It happens at the most critical of times, battles, pvp, coop, if you have audio off from game, if it suddenly turns on, you know its a black screen happening...annoying as heck... It is still a great game, a multitude of combinations to make, fun combos to mix and match your personal styles...
Several issues within the game that I contacted support about, got told if I can not video the problem it will be rejected. Not sure how I am supposed to video being disconnected or ads not playing/working when it happens at random times. Want us to help improve the game but don't want to hear any problems we are having to improve it, hmmm not the brightest crayons in the box that's for sure
SCAM. bought the permanent card to remove ads. this means the ads will skip when you tap on "play ad" at the end of the round, but the game still tried playing the ad. Will be good if the developers can provide an email so I can contact to get this fixed, or a refund.
had the same problem, after maintenance the application asked for an update only via Google Play, after installing my game data just disappeared, contacted customer service and have been waiting for 2 weeks without any clarity, only reply that my case is being handled, but no solution or solution has been given. any compensation
Absolutely appalling!! Matchmaking - you get put against opponents with a 2000+ trophy advantage.... Units - how you meant to upgrade the levels without having to pay in some way?... But once again, another PVP game that's a pay 2 win... Is this how games are becoming now? Finding more and more ways to make people pay to progress? BS!!!!
