The Oregon Trail: Boom Town Review
Started out great. However, within a few days, it would not load and became unplayable. The only way things were fixed was by continously trying to load for days on end as support kept asking for information I did not have available. 7/ Feb/2024 Once again unable to access game, however other glitches and bugs have made game play ridiculously hard. Like animal production disappearing, continous issues accessing game play, and game freezing.
It can be glitchy. Unfortunately, I broke my phone and got it replaced, but the save transfer didn't work. It wouldn't load it at all. I did contact support and according to what I was told, it should have worked when I logged into Google play. I've been playing this for about a year and leveling is slow, so I won't be starting over. It's a good time passing game, so that's a shame. I think losing nearly a years worth of progress is worth removing two stars.
Well it was a cool game, but recent updates have completely trashed my town. Half the buildings are gone! Can't scroll around the town! Most functions are inoperable! Can't click on anything! Game requires additional resources upon each time logging into game! Whatever the did in the update, then needs to be undone and just start fresh! It was a 4-5 star game when operable!
