Order was missing an item. And the help menu inside app gave me a coupon. While ordering the missing item again with the new coupon i still have to pay to get the item which was missing. So the point is, they are scammer!
For posting review, i gave 1 star, Total Fraud, and Not recommended. Recently, i ordered some products through app and received a different set of wrong products that didn't order. Worst customer chat support, no call support they act like a scammer while chat. I used their product it was good but customer experience is very bad and you definitely lost your money by using this app. They never respond and you never get a solution for your problem
Extremely nonsense and the worst app you can come across. They don't have a professional customer service so once you are in trouble you are stuck forever because they don't have anyone to listen or solve your problems. I waited too long for my 2nd and 3rd order their delivery agents said they don't deliver to that pincode then why these brainless creatures accept order for that particular pincode. And there is no option to cancel it even if they are not delivering. I had to reorder it.
Never ever buy anything from them. I placed an order on the app for which i made the payment online. So it was a prepaid order. Once my order got placed, i noticed that some of the products were missing from the order, and i was charged for them. So i canceled the order completely but haven't received any refund yet. I tried reaching out to them on the application customer service as well on their helpline number. No one ever responds there.
Very bad user experience as you'll explore products you'll find it amazing but when you order you don't receive your order This is too disappointing for me I have a product , which I ordered 1 week ago but till now I didn't got that.
