Tap Ninja – Idle Game Tier List
Not a bad game, but not exactly great, either. The ascension upgrade tree is incredibly linear, which feels a bit shallow. Some pets are ridiculously overpowered while others only get used long enough to upgrade their passive effects. The IAP stuff isn't pushy, which is nice, and the ad removal is reasonably priced. Lots of events and achievements, which can keep you coming back.
Good game, but it honestly annoys me when I'm in a challenge, and the game doesn't register I'm tapping. The cool down will be done, no blue bar, and it still doesn't attack. I lost on the same group of enemies at least 30 times before I quit. Dont make content in a game and leave it when it still needs fixing.
This review is for the mobile app varient. I play on steam, but it seems that instead of having the daily key/amber triggered by firefly kills, you have it based on watching an ad? I don't trust linking it to my other save would be wise either from a cursory glance. The game is a great time waster, although the late game is starting to make me lose interest (I'm about to unlock the shrine) events are the only fun to have. Needs a tweak for offline gains (no fireflies/enemy kills offline = less)
Very good idle game with lots of upgrades and enough interaction to keep you paying some attention. Would like some indication of if an ad is loaded. I find myself mashing on the boost buttons and no ads load 90% of the time
