A truly fantastic game to pass time. It has a marvelous arcade vibe, and the music is godly. I've been playing this now and then for the past 4 years, and just now remembered to give a review; it's still immensely fun to this date. Of course, it's not quite 5/5 yet, and that's because there's a few minor visual glitches once in a while. More than that, I think this game could be better with an improvement or two, such as sound cues for the different enemies - for while they both run and attack.
Quick, simple, but challenging as all @$#%!! If your timing is off by a fraction of a fraction of a sec, you'll die. Be prepared to die. ALOT. Super addictive to someone who enjoys fast paced, on-your-toes, quick reflexes gaming. Unlocks are merely cosmetic and not customizable, wish you could spend the in-game money on other stuff like limited slow-mo or a brief shield(just a suggestion). Plays offline too, which is always an appreciated feature!
It's alright, it's entertaining for awhile however once you've collected a gold set it doesn't feel like there is anymore reason to play the game. I see alot that could be added on to the game, but given it's track record I don't think anything else will be done with it in the near or far future. I am going to nit pick at the prices $3.99 for the full set of gold armor? I really hate to break it down this way but a game like this is not worth near four dollars much less $.099 just saying.
This game is honestly fun and addictive, the gameplay is simple yet so cool, making you feel like a badass while chopping down waves of baddies. I also love the artstyle and armour, only problem is I would love to see more of it! If you guys were to add maybe say, a couple mew maps/backgrounds, a way to compete scores with your friends, and some more armours, weapons, and who knows maybe even add pets to join you in combat! Love the game so far, great effort!
Okay game, gets repetitive after seeing all the possible enemies. Zero replayability. No upgrades whatsoever, only cosmetics. No progression. It is possible to "revive" the knight to play again while keeping the current score, round and doing a special attack by either spending game currency or watching ads. Watching ads to get buffs are common. There is nothing to do after seeing every enemy and unlocking all cosmetics, except beat your high score. I like the pixel art but I wouldn't recommend.
