App has recently stopped working. I used to almost order takeaway on a weekly basis but now gives error saying I'm trying to order outside of opening hours. Have tried to order many times over the last month for it to continue to fail. On these occasions I have instead taken our business to competing food outlets. You need to fix this, I can only imagine the revenue this would be costing you!
When you get your verification code and can't go further, just touch the almost hidden green line at the bottom of the screen. That will get you in. Whoever wrote this app needs to be fired. When filling in your name, don't touch NAME, touch the space underneath. Bad bad Bad but it sorta works but I gave it 2 stars coz it's not completely useless.
Edit: App appears to work since the update. Yet to actually order through it and ensure it works but seems promising. Previous: Constant crashes. Worked the first time I used it flawlessly. Now it crashes every time I try and open the app. Ordered over the phone and was then unable to use my rewards card at the restaurant because it can only be used through the app once it's been loaded onto the app. The app is an absolute pain at the moment
