Overall I enjoy the app, but once they changed how certain decaf drinks are ordered, it became a lot less useful to me. I have a caffeine sensitivity so I need to order things decaf, and it's now really confusing for many drinks. I can't figure out how to order a decaf frappuccino in the app to ensure it doesn't contain too much caffeine, so I am required to wait in line and order in person which kinda defeats the purpose. I wish they would change it to how it was before! It used to be so easy!
This used to be a really good app. But something has happened recently. I'm unable to load more funds, I get a constant error message to try again later. Last time it took almost two hours of constantly trying to get funds loaded. I tried everything, uninstalling and reinstalling it, logging out and back in, even restarting my phone. Nothing works. Very frustrating!
I love the app! I would give 5 stars, but they close the drive thru & don't update pickup options on the app. If drive thru is closed, you should NOT be able to select drive thru for your pickup option. Honestly, it's infuriating to think I'm going to the drive thru, but get there to find drive thru is closed & I'm not dressed to go inside.
