I would like to request a refund for all purchases made on this app.. Because there are many unfair problems in using the app. There are players who use cheat programs to defeat top-up players. The team doesn't fix any problem. ,There is a rollback problem and there is no responsibility for lost products. User has been reported all problem on the official page site on facebook and the development team is still ignore about the problem.
Most disappointed Idle game in the store, bad game servicing with the worst provider. They maintain server every day and extend every maintain period as they can, again and again. You can encounter bugs and crashes sporadically. I hope they can still turn back to the track and made this game better someday.
The game is fun to play but the management team are the worst. Just 2 weeks after the game open many players including myself found out that our characters are gone. Asking the team about this problem and no response. They then said, in their facebook page I might add, they need to rollback everything to 2 days before. Then they waited for 1 week until we went back to play, bought something, then banned people without telling why. Also no answer when ask for the reason.
