This app is so much more than just an EBT card balance. It has so much more, and it's so easy to use. I'm so glad I downloaded it!! Edit 3-8-2024 I got a new EBT card due to unseen issues and I can't load it in the app. And absolutely no one will help me fix the issue!!! The only reason I'm giving a 4 star where I would have given 10 if possible. I've been using this app for 4+ years now. The app works great. But after your updates I can't open the app. First time this has ever happened to me. The app is sometimes down and can't update. But within a few minutes it's fine but I've been sitting here looking at that darn orange circle for 20 mins and it won't open. Yes I rebooted my phone, yes I uninstalled and reinstalled. No luck.
Was working perfectly fine until a couple months ago. Figured it was something that needed updated, but nothing has changed in 4 months. Now it just constantly says "Providers can't connect to the EBT system right now. Please call the number on the back of your card or visit (site) to check your balance." If the app gets fixed and can connect back to the EBT systems, I will change my review.
