Was a really good pass-time shooter and quite challenging back in the day. Sad to see what happened to it once this new company took over. Doesn't make a lot of sense to have the game subscription-based. It could've been pay 4.99 for the full game. But nah. You have to pay us every month.
Used to play this game on my iPad all the time years ago. Remembered the game and decided I wanted to play it again. Gotta say, INCREDIBLY disappointed to find that content including the dead multiplayer and part of the campaign are locked behind a SUBSCRIPTION. What an absolutely greedy thing to do to a game that already isn't played all that much and used to be completely free. Spending a couple bucks to remove ads is something I could understand, and even be willing to do. $5 a month is BAD.
If I could give Neon Shadow 10 stars, I would. My only request is to Crescent Moon: Please develop a follow-up scenario with more robots!! It really is patterned after Doom and it might actually be more fun. I'm not a big fan of multiplayer, so the fact that you can use it offline in solo mode is a huge plus to me. I love fps games and I found the controls to be very good for fp shooting. Each level gets progressively more difficult, but it's just so much fun, it's hard to stop playing.
