Its a fraud. They add Rs 198/- shipping charge on discounted items. Then ask you to buy something more of around 200/- to waive off delivery charge. Till you reach payment page there are no issues but when you go to third party app for payment it will modify the order and you have to pay delivery charges and it cancels the other product without informing you. Only when you see invoice you will know it. They won't cancel and refund order as well. No customer care no. for calling, only chat.
It's a scam. They tell product is only for 1 rupee on Google pay promotion. Then they will ask all your personal details and at the billing they add shipping charges of 198rupees which itself is actual price of the product. So at the end you give all your personal details like email, adress, phone number and realise that it's just a scam. I want to delete my account but there is no option at all. Now my personal information is recorded with them. Product ratings must be fake as well.
Worst shopping experience ever. They don't have proper customer support to check for the missing products. All they use bots for chat support and it will not resolve the problem. I ordered 4 products, but i received only 1 product and that too it is wrong product. It's been almost 15 days still my issue isn't resolved
