The game is fun until you get stuck for months on the levels where you have to kill 2 clam things, that require you to hit 2 other creatures first before them in the same attack, or else they block all damage. The game becomes one of luck instead of skill, because you have to rely on the random movements of the other enemies and hope enough of them get close to the clams so the attacks are effective. I uninstalled because of that.
This was a pretty interesting, entertaining, and quick game to play for a little over a week. Sadly, that's about how long it took me to beat it (at least the current 5 levels). The gameplay loop isn't bad, the leveling system for characters and weapons almost borders being too grind-y, but isn't. It definitely felt like a game where I understood why I lost... Up until level 5. The final boss felt like a diceroll due to enemy spawns. Sadly not much replay value but it was fun nonetheless!
Almost perfect game. Fun, easy, relaxing to play, and I really enjoy the strategy. Devs to get this to 5 stars, world 5 feels completely luck based, please tweak so that enemies who require a combo, take partial damage if you don't get the combo. If an enemy requires a 3 combo, but you hit it in a 2, then apply 2/3 regular damage. Then you can still grind them down, without waiting for the perfect alignment of enemies, and hope to survive long enough for the dice roll to be in your favor.
