The app is ok the prices are ok however the shipping sucks! I ordered boots on Nov. 26, it's dec.12 it's still in transit to the next facility. Now it's gonna arrive later than anticipated. I placed a second order for Christmas shirts to wear for an event, not sure if they will arrive on time. The boots I ordered shows in the app for $28.99 but for some reason I was charged $65 for 1 pair of boots and shipping! Now the message says problem with my order, wasn't a problem with my payment though
Not great. My daughter wanted these shoes. I wanted the best price. The ad said if I download the app, I get a better price and a free gift. OK. Nope. I downloaded the app, had to create a profile with a password, had trouble finding the item, got a good price, but lost the free gift. Also, S&H is half the price of the item. So now, I lost the free gift, which was a wine cozy, and I am paying the original price anyway. 🤔 That's modern shopping. I lost a 45 minutes of my life on this venture.
Seriously, is it absolutely necessary to send a dozen app notifications throughout the day to remind me that it's Black Friday?!? Two weeks on, and I still have yet to receive my first order. LITB seems 100% focused on instigating a sale, leaving 0% to executing the sale. No doubt LITB will manufacture a few more (obviously fake) 5-star reviews to balance out another 1-star. The shopping experience has been nothing short of frustrating and annoying. I can't wait to delete the app and move on!
