UPDATED REVIEW-5.7.24 This app is worthless since the new update!!! It freezes more than it doesn’t. I can't select size/color to order anything because the screen locks and won't scroll to the options/add to cart button. I can't edit anything in my cart. Won't load the MY KOHLS info. SO FRUSTRATING! FIX IT PLEASE! All in all I think the app is great! It has a few issues/bugs from time to time that has been a little frustrating(hence the 4☆ instead of 5☆)
It's luck of the draw of the app opens or not. More than 50% of the time, it will either become unresponsive or it will just hang on the splash screen. It used to be better than thus. It's extremely buggy and difficult when there's a time-sensitive sale going on. Many times I have to switch to my laptop to ensure my orders go through.
App has been terrible for a while- crashes often. But now I can't add a coupon from the mailer. (It's not in my wallet, only one time use one is for the same %.) I keep getting a "check your network connection and try again later" error message. I was connected to WiFi (computer was working just fine), tried disconnecting from WiFi to just be on 5G/5G+, same thing. Left the house, so just using data, and SAME THING!! Very frustrating! And all other apps are working just fine...
