The app freezes if you change apps for a second. So you're forced to close out. I keep getting errors stating certain things are unavailable when I try to re-order them. So I have to put in the special Instructions all over again, every single time. I added my bank just so I could put 10$ on at a time and that too gives me errors and I still cannot add 10$. It makes ordering coffee easy but it still has a lot of bugs.
UPDATE: A recent app update has corrected the login issues that I had been having. It now works as expected; easy to add funds, easy to order, and easy to find locations near me that utilize the Joe app. This app is fine when it works. I've been using it for several months, and I have yet to be able to order without having to login multiple times before it finally sticks.
Extremely frustrating app. Connects to some fantastic coffee shops, and when you finally get it to do what you want, it performs the basic task of allowing you to order coffee fine, and if you preload funds, no extra fees. But signing in is a task, each and every time. It logs you out and makes you start the entire process over, if you click out. It doesn't seem to play well with password manager apps. Sometimes, it recognizes my phone number and takes me to the log in page, sometimes, it thinks I'm a new customer and needs to verify my number. I know they connect to a number of independent coffee shops and genuinely appreciate that, and still use it, but there are miles of improvement possible here.
