Jobmania – Eternal Dungeon Tier List
Great game, there's a lot of fun to be had finding different job combos and playstyles, I've not even unlocked any of the higher level jobs and I can't wait to do so. The combat is pretty intuitive and the mechanics are relatively easy to learn. The main downsides are the Gacha systems are always annoying to me and I'm getting to the point that making progress is getting tedious, but I might be passing on easy opportunities for growth that I'm just missing. Worth checking out.
I was so prepared to dislike this game, because I've played so many subpar rogue like card games. But... This is awesome. The runs give tons of rewards, they're challenging, there's a feature to make it an endless game (though the difficulty doesn't ramp up much once you get past lvl 100, so maybe increase the difficulty scaling?). I'm honestly having a blast. Thanks for the fantastic game. Only complaint is that the combo system isn't well described. Took me several runs to understand it.
I think it's important to establish now that I rarely review games. I only do so if I can actually tell it's special. This game is shockingly deep for what looks like a surface-level combat system. The gatcha mechanics and randomness are less of a hinderance and more of a stylistic choice, considering how good the rewards are for a single run. I personally think that the baseline game is practically finished, and I'd just request more interesting job combos. Great regardless, and a must-have.
There's a lot of good here, but its hidden by novice design practices, and hindered in places for the same reason. That doesn't mean it's bad! The UI is a bit clunky, but the main source of frustration is a lack of clarity on how all the mechanics work. Too many little moving parts with terse descriptions. For now, playing enough will explain most (but not all) mechanics.
Definitely interesting. The translation is a little rough, but thats easily forgivable. There is, however, a nuance to the game thats a little hard to pick up without paying very close attention to whats going on. All in all I'd say its still a fun little game to mess with. Edit: after messing with this game for a while, i have to say its GREAT fun. The runs can get a little monotonous but at the same time, trying new hero/job combos to get farther and farther is a wholly rewarding experience.
