Worst customer experience As the title says, and as for the 5th time now I've had a problem with them and their app, when I try contacting jahez (which is call only no live chat) it says wait time less then 3 minutes but 20 minutes go by and no answer or it sounds as if the line pick up then closes. Adding to this no way to track orders?? Every delivery app does this why not jahez?
The app constantly gives out ad notifications for various restaurants or cafes and there is no method or option to disable ads in app. If I disable ads using my phone settings then I will not be able to track deliveries. Allow the users to disable ads, we do not care about trendy restaurants! They are annoying!
The worst application that does not give the customers the option to cancel their order, even if the order is ready. The customers has the option to cancel it unless payment has been made yet! It is usual for applications that if the order is made and paid in advance, the money is recovered in the wallet and the customer is not forced to pay or make the value of the invoice a debt!!!
