Firstly Very laggy very slow app. Initially Bought a shoes from this app, system doest shown which standard size does it follow.only shows a size table with Us size highlighted. Naturally i bought by cliking us size.They send me UK size, I askedfor a change and they say its my fault after waiting for 1 week plus.And they update the sizing on the web immediately but wouldnt admit their fault. BE CAUTIOUS upon BUYING from this APP/WESITE.
App keeps crashing, cannot open. Always error. Finally work again after re-installing the app.
Actually, I don't mind if the app is a bit glitchy or slow. Customer service (CS) doing their best as well. It has a product that I want. But, this app have some features that do nothing in the end like: tracing your package, payment that didn't even synchronized, or even cancel and refund. I think it's better to disable that features, put your CS to handle that for some time, and after it got fixed, you can enabled them again.
Have an enjoyable experience with iStyle especially when I'm trying to buy Korean products! Super recommend for everyone who loves Korean product 🥰🥰
