Industrialists are expected to prioritize the well-being of their employees, communities, and the environment while conducting business operations. Adhering to these codes not only ensures the sustainability of industrial practices but also fosters trust among stakeholders. Pretty fun game. Nice twist on the classic farming style game. Buy machines, materials and hire people. Each job takes a set amount of time. Upgrade your machines, buy new buildings, repair machines and repeat. Was fun for a month or two. Getting bored now though. Graphics are pretty nice. No ads at all unless you want free cash or coins so bravo to the developer for that!
Too much ads. Sticky gameplay. Instead of letting games have a short cut ability free or for one special game cash purchase, you have to use it every cycle. Some of the game mission rewards you with the special game cash with the expenses of spending it on that same mission. The side game that resemble Candy Crush (which I hate) require to watch multiple ads to use the bonus features. Half of my gameplay ends up watching great amount of watching ads.
orders, defects, and upgrades degrade too fast. It's all I can do to keep 9 orders and pay workers. To get higher, I would have to play constantly, or keep a very close eye on order finish times. To make progress with current settings, this would be a constant operation, and I already have a job. I just want a game.
