Lowering score because the "scan ticket" rework is a complete step in the wrong direction. They added a feature to turn on the flash light.. and at same time tweaked the camera's contrast or something to ensure you use the flashlight. The problem is as well as this for a few seconds after you hit scan there is yet another slightly transparent button over the flashlight button causing you to open another pop up over the scan screen and causing the scan feature to time out. This frustrating user experience has deterred many players from using the Hoosier Lottery app effectively, leading to decreased engagement among users.
The feature to build my own playslip is still totally worthless. While the QR code is now smaller, it's in the middle of the phone where the vending machines still can't read it. I don't like that I'm limited to being able to see only the last 10 draws of each game.
