Hearthstone Tier List
I love this game, I do, but dude, the number of times this game has crashed in a battlefield match and wouldn't let me return to the match and lose over 100 rank is unbelievable and incredibly frustrating. And the grind to gain all of the rank back is so dreadful, just to lose it all in a fraction of a second. I want to keep playing, but after a crash loss, that's it man.
The game can be a lot of fun, but its clunky as hell. Any time your Internet connection weakens or switches even for a second, the game boots you back to the home screen and tells you to refresh the entire game, leaving you like 5 seconds to do your turn when you get back into your match. Everything in the store is a huge rip off and money grab for no good reason, all the menus are confusing, the in-game UI is inconvenient and above all that the game takes up 7GB with frequent 200-300MB updates.
I will change this review to 4 or 5 stars if this gets fixed but, as others have reported, the game is currently completely unplayable for me. At this point the game crashes at least once a turn for me, so I have to close the app every 30-60 seconds (no, that is not an exaggeration, it is THAT BAD) and restart it, hoping that it loads fast enough to not miss the turn. I would like to be able to play hearthstone again as I do enjoy it. Edit: it seems to have been fixed
Need to switch from WiFi to cellular rq after finishing your turn? Sorry, you'll have to restart the client for that. Better pray they didn't drop an update while you were playing! Not only did yall make something that could be earned through gameplay purchase-only, now my turns end without the rope animation every now and then. I love being asked to pay for a worse product. It's my favorite thing. Oh, and now I see that I can buy the option to earn things through gameplay. How fun!
Great game, truly. I have a lot of fun playing it even if a lot of people love to deride it. However, the Android app is absolutely awful. Seriously. Awful. It crashes sometimes I guess, but for the most part it just ends up unresponsive at loading screens. Like half the time that I open the app it hangs and I have to stop the process and open it again. It is incredibly frustrating. It also will have bizarre visual glitches at similar times, like corrupted NES stuff.
