Somewhat disappointing There's a 'Track Order' in the app but it doesn't give you the exact point where your package is. Mine still says 'Dispatch' and not 'In transit'. So imagine my surprise when I got a call from LBC claiming that my order is ready for pickup. I was out of town that time. WRONG SIZE!!! They also gave me the wrong size. I ordered a Black Surf size 43/44 instead they delivered a 45/46. This really made me sad. Convenience wise the app is great but subject to caveat emptor.
I shouldn't be giving you a star, but I have to so I can post a comment. Your app is a SCAM. You let customers place orders, pay for it, wait for it forever, without giving notice that you are selling out of stock items. If I didn't ask, I wouldn't know. Received an email that there's one you can deliver, and still didn't arrive. It's over a month now, and yet still nothing. None of you tried to reach out. None of your agents responded whenever I follow up. You should be sued. You'll be.
It keeps on asking to be updated but i've just re-installed it last night and was working well until this morning. Is it a bug or something?i couldnt use it as of this writing. Hope it could be fixed right away. :(
