Family Island™ — Farming game Review
Pros and Cons. The graphics are great, and it's your typical cooking, clearing trees etc. game. I like that they give you multiple places to play at one time and there's free gifts each time. The downside is the pop-ups starting each time are obnoxious. 6 or 7 in a row sometimes. There are other occasional pop-ups too. It's all game related and not ads so that's good. But I just wish they would spread it out better and stop beating us over the head with it to get us to buy items.
Never seem to have enough energy to spend to complete ANY tasks. It is insane to have to spend half of your energy on one item! The game is fun but it is difficult to want to play when you can't ever afford anything to move forward in an island. Also it is hard to give the merchant anything when I can't see all of what he wants only some. Once you delete a shipment on ACCIDENT there's no possibility of getting it back to give that item to the merchant. Very frustrating at times trying to play.
EDIT: UPDATED REVIEW I really enjoyed this game. Spent money on purchases and enjoyed the quests. Ever since I started spending money the bundles they've become very expensive...No longer affordable and I've also noticed you need a lot of items to complete quests and the cost of energy has more than doubled. For these reasons I've lost interest in playing. Make it to where it's affordable and fun again. You'd get me to make more purchases that way.
