Epic Age Tier List
It's too slow and it doesn't allow you to defend yourself from players that pay to get ahead. What's the point of having gold if you can't even use it to speed up your recruitment process. A group up is impossible to defend against if there's just one person that paid to get an advantage. The fact that when you capture you don't take the resources further pushes you behind the eight ball. Great graphics decent concept. But too easily manipulated with purchases.
Edit: They fixed their bugs, so after a month got to play finally. When I left, the Server was jumping with activity, now it's dead, hardly anyone left playing... The design, graphics, and strategy aspects are absolutely brilliant. Biggest downfalls are that nothing is explained, it takes forever to collect rss, even when you hold a lot of tiles, making it take days to accomplish even a little, or to build troops for more tiles or to fight. Could be great, but needs a lot of improvement...
Thou the game overall mechanic is not that hard to understand, the UI is just extremely bad. It is just hard to get used to as functions are all over the places. It is just too hard to love the game. Plus, the resource management is just redundant - to be honest. You will always have too much food, some iron and no wood and iron at all. Perhaps there is still some aspects of the game I haven't unlocked but the start just gives me a bitter experience. Gonna quit soon if nothing changes.
