Addictive with OBNOXIOUS ads! Very fun and extremely sound physics; interesting and varied enough to keep it fresh. However, the ads must be level-based, because I finish levels quickly and feel as though there's a 30-second ad for every 30 seconds played. They're interactive, which means you have to click and it'll open a new window. If that's the continued case, I'll be uninstalling. A real shame.. because I LOVE this game, so far. I know I can pay to remove them, but I'm not quite there.
As I go through my day I have moments in which I need a little brain teaser, and this game certainly fills the gaps of time where I'm either on the bus or simply waiting. You don't need to go back to the app constantly, you don't need to be held back and it has a large array of levels for you to grind through at your own pace. The app doesn't sent notifications to you constantly and there are no points you need to spend in order to play more levels. Now there's a reason why I made this review 4 stars and not 5, and this is why: First off is that when you try to repeat a level to get the answer solved correctly, ads pop up every once in a while. This would be fine with me if the ads weren't about girl's asses and "meeting up with them" 2 miles where I am. The fact there are porn advertisements on this app is disgusting and something I'd rather not have shown on my phone. This is a simple fix, and hopefully doesn't happen again. The next thing that bothers me is that the levels in each "group" are not organized from least difficult to most difficult, and I've found really easy levels sandwiched in with harder levels. Another thing is that when it comes to the harder levels, you have to be VERY exact with how you cut the pieces, or else it won't work. You can have the solution to the puzzle and spend 10 minutes trying to execute it. This very small window of success, especially when it comes to cutting the right angle for the laser or trying to make a perfect slope for a ball to roll down. It's unfortunate some of these just barely work, because it just seems like balancing a larger rock on a smaller rock rather than solving a puzzle. Lastly, I'd like to say that the pop up for being stuck is rather annoying especially when you get to the more complex levels or ones that are very precarious. This pop up for being stuck is very annoying and distracts me from solving the puzzle.. Which brings up the pop up again! Well it might sound like I hate this game with all that included, but the things I don't like can mostly be easily fixed. I hope this review helped anyone who is curious about this game!
"If you give a room of monkeys computers, they will eventually write the works of Shakespeare." The concept that a repeated, but varied action will eventually accomplish a goal is the fundamental idea behind this game. While there are some levels that can be solved quickly by using good logic, most require a ridiculous amount of repeatedly cutting very similar lines, hoping that you get the right shape. Combine that with tap and drag controls, and you're looking at a lot of lost time. Go play a game that rewards you for smart play, not one that wants you to restart dozens of times to show you more ads.
Fun little gsme but there are an obsessive amount of ads. If you don't solve the puzzle in two try, guess what? The games the gonna pause your music and lock up your screen so they can play footage from a different game. Great stuff. As you go along you'll find out the puzzles are easy to solve but you need to cut it very preciously so you have to retry a bit. Which means you see the ad for that level. After that they try to give you hints so you can move to the next level as see more ads.
My new favorite game! I was going to uninstall it because of the ads but after playing it for awhile I realized this is one game I'm willing to put up with the ads to play it and that doesn't happen very often. The ads are a necessary evil in free games. Would have given it 5 stars if an ad free. version were available. I am revising my rating to a 2. Now ads are coming during gameplay and interrupting play. Uninstalled
