The previous version was great! This new one of April 2024 is not great! The virtual card doesn't pop up consistently - either it's too small (in that pop up window) or just doesn't do anything at all. It's also not so intuitive to find the virtual card, and buttons are on the small side. I don't have a physical card, so I rely on the app to scan at the till. It's no longer as easy and user friendy to use.
Fix, fix, fix!!! Latest version is terrible! Cart does not sync between desktop and app as before. The items in my cart do not show in my cart on my desktop. Please fix this! The app sends notifications to collect parcels, but the ref no. does not match the order number, nor do I have a collection pin! The parcels already collected show as processing or ready to collect. Fix fix fix!!!
Been giving this app time before rating and in the last 2 to 3 years there has been very little improvement to the app functionality and performance. Extremely slow and laggy. When clicking on an item it may load a different item. Response time when loading an item is also slow and the page will switch before settling on the product itself. The menu options for different categories is also very buggy and limiting. With the amount of time that has past this app appears to be stuck in 2019.
