Redeeming rewards should be easier. While standing in a busy line with a large order, holding up the line while you scroll madly through your rewards list to individually click on menu items is slow and frustrating. I should be able to click on a "redeem all" option and have it calculate and redeem everything that it can bas3d on my point total.
I do love this app but the 'favorites' needs serious improvements. There is no way to save a favorite without ordering it. Even if you do create multiple favorites during an order, it only saves the last one. I typically pick up food items for multiple people and it is frustrating to have to put in their custom items each time when I should be able to simply set each as a favorite prior to ordering.
App logs me out, then no matter how many times I try it won't recognize device even though it's been on it for months. Sick of dealing with it. I'll go to McDonald's-- their app always works UPDATE: After taking it off for a few weeks tried to reinstall and sign in. Still will not recognize my phone no matter how many times I try. Don't bother with thus app!!!
