It was not the best experience, so I went to buy a car and put $600 down. Everything was good. Last minute, they changed my date and required me to show proof of a phone bill right before I am going into work. Tell me I have one day to get them the info or they cancel my deal. They already took my money, made me sign, and approved me. Then, change it up last second. Horrible experience. Very unprofessional. Update: It's been two weeks, and I have yet to receive my money back.
Overall this was a very easy and fast car buying experience. Tradein went smooth and the vending experience was so worth it. Registration arrived fairly quick. My only complaint is that the check engine light came on after 2 weeks when I filled up the tank. Code reader said the fuel was running lean. I'm not sure how it passed inspection that way. Hoping the warranty process is easy and covers it. There is no where to find a list of what is actually covered, fingers crossed
Pretty seamless process from start to finish to sell my car. It's all done online. Payment occurs at time of pickup. Pickup/delivery fees to my area vary from free to $1200 from the same dealer location which doesn't make sense to me. I'd prefer to see those fees standardized or at least negotiable. Overall a very good experience and I'd do business with Carvana again.
